Plans bought online
Enterprise is not bought online. It includes 1,000,000 credits a month from $1,999 a month and is set up on a call. Write to hello@lookvalid.com to arrange one.
Start with a paid trial
Every plan bought online starts with a low-cost paid trial that includes a set number of credits. Checkout shows the trial price, how long it lasts and the credits it includes before you pay.
When the trial credits run out, lookups pause until you start your plan. If you keep the trial to its end, the plan starts and your card is charged for the first month, so cancel before then if you do not want it.
How credits are spent
- One credit balance covers every product, the account endpoints and the MCP server.
- Subscribers can add more credits at their plan rate with a top-up. There are no standalone credit packs.
- Most products charge only when a lookup finds something, so a lookup that finds nothing costs 0 credits. Link Safety Check charges every completed lookup, and the product list shows the rule each product follows.
- Repeating the same lookup within 7 days is served from your cache and costs 0 credits.
- Invalid input, rate limits and unavailable data sources are never charged.
- Unused monthly credits roll over for 3 months.
