Delete your account and its data

1. Open settings in the dashboard.
2. Choose Delete account. This opens a pre-filled email to us from the address on your account.
3. Send it. You can also write to hello@lookvalid.com directly.

• Your API keys, lookup history and cached results.
• Bulk job files and their rows.
• Connected app grants and tokens.
• Your remaining credits. This cannot be undone.

What we keep after a deletion, if anything, is listed in the privacy policy.

• Download the receipts you need from the billing tab; they go with the account.
• Copy any results you want to keep from your lookup history.
• If you only want to stop being charged, cancel the plan instead. The cancelling guide shows how, and your account and credits stay in place.
