unknown_product error

unknown_product is returned with HTTP 404. Retryable: no. Sending the same request again returns the same error. Nothing is charged for this error.

What it means

No product exists at this path.

Most likely cause

The product id in the URL is misspelled, the product is not offered by this server at all, or the path is not an endpoint at all.

How to fix it

Check the product id in the URL against the product list in the OpenAPI document or llms.txt.
