This page lists the checks you can run yourself and how to reach us about a problem.

What you can check yourself

Every lookup returns a request id. Quote it when you write to support so we can find the request.
When a data source behind a lookup is down, the lookup returns a provider-unavailable error and charges nothing.

Reporting a problem

Email hello@lookvalid.com with the request id, the product and the time.
