Coverage
Coverage depends on the data behind each product. Phone numbering-plan checks cover every country calling code. Carrier lookups cover the numbering plan areas that have a public carrier assignment table. Domain and IP lookups work worldwide. The guide for each product lists what it returns and when it returns nothing.
When a lookup cannot answer, the response says so with found: false or a clear error, and a lookup that finds nothing is free on every product that uses success billing.
