Data enrichment
Data enrichment adds missing details to a record you already hold, such as finding the company for an email address or the job title for a name.
How it works
A record goes in with one or two fields, and a lookup returns more. Good enrichment reports where each field came from and when, so you can judge its freshness.
Enrichment fills gaps in the records you already hold, so segments, routing and scoring work on complete data.
